Refunds

a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

b. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Exchanges

a. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at sales@prettyfraai.co.za.

Returns and return shipping

a. We accept returns within 10 days from the date of purchase.

b. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

c. Please contact our customer service at sales@prettyfraai.co.za to initiate the return process.

d. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

e. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Exceptions

a. Refunds are not issued for used or opened products unless they are defective.

b. Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

a. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at sales@prettyfraai.co.za within 3 days of receiving the item, and we will assist you in the return process.

Cancellation of Orders

a. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
